WELCOME OUR NZ SPIRIT FESTIVAL SOUTH ISLAND LAUNCH PARTY! 

Finish  your week powerfully in a space where we can all connect and journey  deep into the heart through the power of ancient modalities. 

This  evening will begin with an opening meditation facilitated by Yasmeen  Clark. A space for you to drop into a deep state of consciousness.

We  will then unite our voices through the ancient practice of Kirtan with  Franko Heke singing mantra's that were scribed thousands of years ago by  our ancestors. Opening our hearts and connecting to the divine.

Flowing  into an Ecstatic Dance led by DJ Jussy to shake the body loose, to  massage Papatūānuku with your feet and sweat out the week that has been.

Then we will finish with a guided Breathwork session with Jonathan Spark & Yasmeen.
