Conscious Relationships

You are invited to join Yasmeen and Jonathan for a 6 month Conscious Relationships couples course. In this course you will learn what living in a conscious relationship means and how this can support, heal and grow your relationship. You will learn about the energy of your relationship and how to maintain the feelings you have about your partner and nurture them to recover real partnership. How we express ourselves and how we truly listen to each other creates either a positive and loving energy or something that causes a relationship to suffer. All good relationships have a basis in love care and friendship. Come and learn how to nurture this in your own life together. Yasmeen and Jonathan have been a couple for 26 years and married for 23 years. They have a wealth of knowledge and experience working in couples therapy work for many years.
