KIRTAN, ECSTATIC DANCE, BREATH - CHRISTCHURCH

Finish your week powerfully in a space where we can all connect and  journey deep into the heart through the power of ancient modalities.  🌬️💜🎶💃  

This evening will begin with a gentle introduction into  the sacred and the divine with Yasmeen Clark. A space for you to drop  into a deep state of consciousness.   

Then we will celebrate and  unite our voices through the ancient practice of Kirtan with Ananda's KirtanWave, singing mantra's that were scribed thousands of years ago  by our ancestors. Opening our hearts and connecting to unity and the  divine.  

Flowing into an Ecstatic Dance led by Ting Wú to shake  the body loose. Massage Papatūānuku with your feet and sweat out the  week that has been.  

Then we will finish with a guided Breathwork exercise with Jonathan Spark…
