This will be a very special non - residential retreat with Raman here at Sanara.

You are invited to spend a few days lightening your body, mind and soul.

You will enter the light through the spaces of deep meditation into the awareness of your Self as a Spiritual being.

Many  insights, guidance and consciousness will be achieved through this  lighter and enlightening approach to your well - being and spiritual  consciousness.

Food  will be made with love by Savahna who will provide lighter foods –  salads, juices, soups, nourishing smoothies, protein balls and  comforting sustenance to support our deeper spaces of consciousness. You  will be nourished throughout this Retreat with everything you may need  to enhance your own experience of your inner consciousness and Spirit.

We will celebrate the sacredness of life with a beautiful fire ceremony and connect to the year ahead with sacred ritual.

Raman as always will guide you and lead you on a beautiful spiritual journey of your Soul.

Each  day will give you a spiritual experience of your Self as a Soul and how  you may live this more in your own life over the coming year.
