Why am I downloading a .zip file?

Zip files reduce the size of files or folders for ease of down/uploading. Some websites have a maximum upload file size which these recordings exceed.

My computer does not provide an extract option/command?

Older computers may require a 3rd party unzipping program such as 7-zip, winzip, etc. We recommend seeking assistance from a tech-savvy family member or close friend, if you do not feel confident in doing so yourself.
