There is such a wonder in sitting with a Spiritual Master and being reminded once again of the true light of your soul.
Not just as a concept but as a presence, an energy that fills your being and settles the mind.
Raman confronted us with the simple question.
Is the self you are who you really are?
Is it the one given to you, expected of you?
Or is it a self you are happy to know, choosing the thoughts that you are happy to have and do not cause internal conflict?
He shared with us that when you realise the energy of your soul you experience enhanced awareness, a stronger sense of this life, a stronger sense of the why so that you relax and follow from this energy within.
Reminding us that life is lived in the physical and in an external way, however we are living it from within ourselves. Our experience of the external is actually always experienced internally.

All of life is conspiring with you to guide you, to inform you and to ensure you are living as close to this soul knowledge as much as possible.
This is seeking to amplify your own knowing.
