Espiritu Del Universo is a sacred plants incense, inspired by natural smudging plants & herbs. Each stick is pressed together and hand-rolled with bamboo and contains only natural organic ingredients including copal, herbs and spices.
Light the incense using a candle and blow out the flame of the incense so the embers are glowing. With both hands, bring the smoke into your heart, over your head and down the front and back of your body to cleanse yourself. Then move room to room and, starting with the lowest levels of your space, use your hand or a feather to waft the smoke into all four corners, where the ceiling and walls meet. Then, direct the smoke out through windows and doorways.

Copal is tree resin, particularly the aromatic resins from the copal tree Protium copal used by the cultures of pre-Columbian Mesoamerica as ceremonially burned incense and for other purposes.
