Raman's Spiritual Cleansing was such an important and timely message, as we are increasingly being saturated with with fear,  violence, lack and harm. We have been taught to tolerate violence and conflict and we need to understand that all of this energy makes its way inside of us. This is deliberate and it serves to keep us in a particular life-living,  survival mode and not progress into a new reality. 
 
Spiritual cleansing is to let go of the things that keep us in the past/the old. It is not to ignore the hurt and harm, it is an invitation to not participate in anything that perpetuates it.  Do not keep it alive in the world or in us. When we don't engage in that old energy,  we are not supporting a system. It is a shift in our consciousness and it is time to take steps in what we believe and relinquish the old. 
 
It is now not just about what we know, but how we live. We have a choice. Everyday. To free ourselves of the old world/paradigm and open to the new. To make that shift and cleanse ourselves of the thoughts, feelings and engagements that stir up the fear and worries. Our progression is dependent upon peace. Don't wait for it to just happen.  Become it. Live it. The world needs our partipation.
