"Your Powerful Spiritual Practice was a deeply heartfelt evening, in which Raman invited us to engage with the unseen, and yet energetically present. He encouraged us to consider the ordinary, simple, unremarkable and realise it is potent with everything we are in need of. This practice of acknowledgement and gratitude is the conscious registration that we are not just the observer, but also the participant. When we do this we connect to it and register we are a part of it and therfore, the sacredness grows. In these moments of deep recognition and connection, an exchange of energy takes place. Our body and our senses are sacred and they are the bridge for the spiritual worlds.
Every spiritual practice is like a remembering and the reminding of what our life is for and what it is about. Meditation, spiritual practices, prayer is to elevate us into a state of consciousness where we are connected with ourselves, and are invited to go further beyond our own experience. To lift our vibration to meet with the divine energies that are there to meet us. The more familiar we are with our own heart and self, the more our own energy rises to connect, and we begin participating in our own elevation.
It is important to feel how we may access our power/energy inside, and how it will enhance and support how we are living and what we are creating. In this way, when we are conscious, it is more than being mindful - it is entering into spiritual conscious practice. It is our time to be more than the mind, more than the body and to live in conscious light.
